Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hello! 

I have installed new WIFI card (Intel Centrino ® Wireless-N 2230) for Samsung NP R528 laptop. 
I can see device in Device Manager, drivers installed, but Windows cannot start device (Code: 10) (yellow warning).

Can it be related to whitelist or maybe samsung bios is blocking device from starting up?

Tried to boot up Ubuntu (ISO) Live. Wifi card works fine. It's definitely windows OS issue.
