Hello, i need advanced options and power options for this bios. Recovery from power loss is the primary thing.

Hi,

Machine is an Acer Revo M1-601 (AMV5)

It would be great to have any additional options unlocked as this BIOS is very limited.

Your bios is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

I have a Raspberry Pi, I can buy SOIC8 clip. (Yes, you can use a Raspberry Pi to program a SPI chip) Do you want to send me the BIOS? It might take some time for me to find the right chip. Do I have to detach the chip from the motherboard to program it?

I am just wondering, did the first person make a BIOS dump and send it to you? Did you manage to make a mod for that person in the end? This whole thing sounds complicated....
