Please try "sleep trick":
Download Intel CSME System Tools v11 r5 & unzip.
Go to Intel CSME System Tools v11 r5\Flash Programming Tool\Windows64
Run with administrator's rights:
fptw64 -bios -d bios.rom
Disable Secure Boot in BIOS.
Boot to Windows, close your laptop and wait for sleep mode.
Then wake up your laptop and try again
fptw64 -bios -f bios.rom
