Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I was wondering if someone could mod my bios so it will support Xeon e5420. 
The reason I could not do it myself its because the bios update comes in iso format which I can't load into mmtool. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry in advance if more information were needed, I am new here and I don't really know my way around.

Did you tried to boot with your Xeon?

Yes, i did try to boot and it's not working. I am currently using a core2duo e8400 to run the system.

Your system is based on Q45 chipset. It hasn't support for Xeon 5400 series.
