Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

I have xeon x5670 cpu and I'm trying to overclock it. I cant reach over 150 base clock even I set base clock to 151 my pc cant boot. Can you mode my bios to help my overclock , especially for reaching to over 150 base clock . By the way I can overclock with i7 940 but after changing my cpu to xeon , I cant reach over 150 base clock on this motherboard.


I do not know what I need. I need suggestions and help.
