Ran the grub command. see attached one drive link:
https://1drv.ms/i/s!ArX7-6HxdVrnrhjQQGvub4GPn3Tu
Run command: setup_var 0xC4 0x0
Reboot and do "prr2 trick" again.

Is it ok to enter windows again after setting that var? Or should I make 2 boot drives
It's OK.
same problem with the previous prr2.exe run... it said "Flash protection could not be removed."

bios was able to be dumped, and again couldn't be flashed.

I ran the grub boot again to double check and the 0xc4 offset was still 0
So I have no more ideas.

That makes me sad Sad

Thanks for the help though.
I decided to open the P11APK.cap file of my bios in 7zip and unpack it.

It had an Insyde folder. Would the Insyde subforum be able to help?
P11APK.cap is capsule for Phoenix SCT BIOS.
Phoenix UEFI WinFlash now says:

Warning: Security mechanism not supported. Please get correct capsule.
