Try to use dump (bios.rom) instead of P11APK.cap.
That worked. Now when I try to flash the new backup back it says:

Flash BIOS is not an upgrade (same or older version number).

I guess this isn't really an improvement.
Try to run with administrator's rights:
Winflash /nodate

says "command error. unknown to support: nodate"

I think winflash /sa worked... It backed up and it got the the reprogramming stage and then I think finished.. hard to tell but no error messages popped up.
Laptop boots normally?
