No, removing battery does not helps. I have 2xOptiflex5040. Both don't wanna boot.

Dell has self test force boot:


So with G4600 there is fan speed 100%
With G3900 it there is no fan speed 100%

What if there is only i5 6500 in this cpu microcode? Please can u add normal microcode for Skylakes and tell me how to flash it.
