First make a Bios dump(https://www.bios-mods.com/wiki/How_to_du...nsyde_BIOS). I can probably help you, yesterday i unlocked the intel virtual on my notebook, when im finish with my bios then i can check your bios with winhex.

SLIC Is already inside. Maybe i think you dont need an modified uefi(bios). Please can you set this variable with efi-shell??

1. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
2. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
3. Download BOOTX64.EFI -> http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?81vegw2aw0pxcib
4. Put downloaded file to Boot directory.
5. Restart and enter UEFI setup.
6. Make sure you have following values:
Legacy Support: Disable
Secure Boot: Disable
8. Reboot and press F9 to boot from USB stick
9. Give commands:
setup_var 0x17 0x0
10. go to the uefi setup, maybe you can see all options.

hmmm i would need for windows 7 slic. and for hackintosh that i can disable nvidia graphics and such things.
