Hello
I change the motherboard of an G7 laptop and after 10 days I had a bios failure.
I have some requests, can anybody help me?
First question:
I dumped the bios chip with CH341 (seems to be F40 version) and downloaded the last version on HP website (F66 version)
How can I retrieve my s/n (and all specific params) from my dump?
Second question:
I used hewprsa to have a pure bin file from the 0166CF66.BIN inside the sp60864.exe but there are 21000h bytes at the beginning of the file that are not similar to my dump but all the end of the file is very similar can I simply cancel these byte before writing it back to the bios chip?
Third question :
there are 4 different BIN files in the HP exe (0166CF66.BIN, 0184DF66.BIN, 0338AF66.BIN, 01666F66.BIN) how can i identify the correct one for my laptop?

Thanks
Yakka
