The 8540P uses an MXM slot. That's probably the CPU PLL if it's on both boards

What apps can we use for slg pll, or there are no apps for this kind of pll out.
I don't know. You can try the Cypress PLLs (CP-xxxxxxxxx in SetFSB) but I think a program called CPUCooL: https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/cpucool.html
Here's more info on SLG PLLs: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/...ly.547341/
I installed the app but i can't find my pll there, what i do now?

try similar ones, it doesn't have to be exact. I overclocked a proliant ml350 G6 using a "wrong" PLL.

But if the App tells me wrong frequency, should i still overclock it? Fsb and bus speed are the same thing?

Should be okay.

I have EVGA 750i SLI motherboard, I know 680i SLI supports X5450, but what about 750i?
Cannot provide CPU-Z screenshot, as I only have untested Xeons for 771/775

EVGA nForce 750i SLI has LGA775 and Xeon X5650 has LGA1366.
