I've heard some AM2 motherboards with a 570 SLI chipset work with Phenom II after some modifications of the BIOS.
Is it possible for this mobo?

Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with current CPU.
Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with Phenom II on this motherboard.
