i solved add xeon microcode and unlock cpu options by DeathBringer.

this samsung desktop motherboard is oem of foxconn.

foxconn's original g41 motherboard can ddr3 motherboards can use 4GB Double-sided DDR3 DIMM at FSB 800/1066/1333/1600.

but this samsung motherboard is

can 4GB Double-sided DDR3 DIMM at FSB 800 only

can 2GB Double-sided DDR3 DIMM at FSB 800/1066/1333/1600.

use FSB1066/1333/1600 then Max ram capacity is 4GB (2GB x 2)
but use FSB 800 then Max ram capacity is 8GB (4GB x 2)

if put in 4GB doubled sided memory with FSB 1066/1333/1600 CPUs. motherboard only repeat beep sounds and can't turn on.

Can this modify this bios for USE DDR3 4GB Double-sided DIMM at FSB 1066/1333/1600?

This chipset officially(!) doesn't support 2-Gb DDR3 DRAM Device Technology, so 4GB DIMM DDR3 with aren't officially(!) supported by hardware.

How did 4GB double side DIMM support at FSB800 in this motherboard?

Make photos of your 4GB DIMMs (both sides).

this. if use FSB800. can use 8GB RAM (4GB Double sided DIMM x 2 )

but use fsb 1066/1333/1600. can't use 4GB double sided DIMM Module.

Did you tried to boot with 2+4 GB and E6300?
What's kind of graphics card you use?

Yes. i tried 2+4GB with E6300, and can't boot. same situation of youtube link.
graphics card is G41 integrated. 
There is no difference between using an external graphics card and using a G41 built-in graphics card.

No more ideas.
But many motherboard based on G41 can use 4GB DIMM DDR3. Datasheet is obsolete
