How can I get help from you? What do I need to do?I use a translator.and he doesn’t translate half the words correctly.

Preciso de ajuda, eu e muitas pessoas proprietárias deste modelo estamos tendo esse problema, o BIOS atual não suporta o modo avançado, gostaria de desativar o apu, porque este notebook possui um cartão dedicado (RX540), espero que alguém possa desbloquear o modo avançado, obrigado.

A12-9720P CPU
Apu R7
Placa RX540 dedicada.
