Um...give me a little bit. No OS, no case, 512mb RAM, etc...still haven't put it together yet.

1. Update BIOS to latest version - https://downloads.dell.com/bios/I531_1013.EXE
2. Post a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0

Bad news - only AMD K8 processors are supported by this BIOS.

Can you add support to the BIOS or is it a chipset limit?

It's the hardware limit of this motherboard.

What is the fastest CPU for this motherboard? Any overclocking in BIOS? Quad core support?

What chipset is it?
