I will try one more method, and if its a no go, then I'm afraid your board has shunned my work lol.

Having the same problem here with the same motherboard after swapping my stock cooling for a better one
I do have an attempted fix for this if you want to try it, but I can't guarantee itll work. Basically it just disables checking for a fan all together by default.
