Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only

So can you unlock the advanced settings and i will buy the tools  necessary for flashing?

Recommend ch341a v1.7 programmer, the old version of this programmer is only for 3.3v chips, and the new version supports 5v, 3.3v, 2,5v and 1.8v.
