Thank God that I found this site and this community
Laptop worked perfectly till this day when I decided to replace Wi-Fi card because the old one doesn't have AC standard!
Decided to buy Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 and that was a mistake because this card doesn't work with my BIOS...

Tried this hack:

Tried all combination with tape hack and no success even in bios (F12/ Dell diagnostics) found changes:
