Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, would anyone be able to mod a bios for this MB to get windows 10 64-bit install? I get a error that says, compxchange128 error. I can't even install windows 8.1 64-bit. get the same error. I am running two intel Xeon X5492. any help would be appreciated.

oops, the error is CompareExchange128 

Do you read this information?

Yes, i checked and my processor does support it, but i cant enable it in the bios.
