Maybe you can try phlash16.exe to update it on dos .

kedrobin, show a screenshot of Advanced Settings.
Or try phlash in DOS, as genius239 said.

should i use msdos or freedos?

successful flashing but a problem occured at photo.

Try to flash BIOS.BAK with you BIOS Backup.
BTW: you should use these keys for phlash16.exe
phlash16.exe /b:$image2q.usf /A:00C00000 /MODE=2 /S /X /VCPU /MFG /P /EXIT
but /VCPU isn't necessary
