I have about 75 Panasonic CF-31's that I bought in an auction from a county sheriff's dept. I can put in a hard drive and load windows, but I cannot access the BIOS, it is locked. I have spoken with their IT and their only response was to make an appointment and bring one in for them to clear, apparently I'm supposed to take the next couple years getting one unlocked at a time when they have time to see me. Can anybody help?
This BIOS does not store passwords, only SHA-1 hash from them.
Ok, so is it possible to decode it or am I stuck?
Only brute-force attack can help to decode it.
I have a few CF-30 Mk 3's, all should have the same password, any better luck there?

Did you get your CF-30 MK3 unlocked ?
what MK are the CF-31 units
I can get the password from current dump of CF-30.
Password in BIOS of CF-31 can be changed by hardware programmer only.
