Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi everyone. I have Samsung NPE500E5A notebook and it have i3-2330M cpu. I want to add support to i5-3230M and upgrade it. I already have i5-3230M cpu. When I plug it only black screen shows.

My HM65 mainboards latest bios firmware is 09QA.

Your laptop is based on HM65 without support for Ivy Bridge core.
So you can't use your i5-3230M.

I have a solid 4 GB of RAM. When I insert it into the empty slot of the laptop, it stays on the black screen and the computer does not start. Can I update the rams supported by the BIOS?
