Again check Set Multiplier, set value to 13 and press Turn On.
Show new screenshot of ThrottleStop (main window).
Don't close ThrottleStop and make screenshot of HWMonitor with full CPU load once again.
My pc turn off. I stress the cpu and instantly turned off
Try to reduce the CPU load.

Is overhitting so the bios is turning off the computer. This happened with multiplier at 13,12,11.

Here is an screenshot of multiplier set at 10.

So it's not BIOS problem. I recommend to install new CPU: i5-5x0M or i7-6x0M.
But to check support for them make current BIOS backup by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0
Ok, thank you very much for your help. One last questions. I need to have opened the ThrottleStop all the time so the multiplier set works?
