Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Dear all,
I updated newset Bios with add microcode but not POST signal.
The mobo working well with E8500 and Xeon E5462 in good condition with GA-G31 + 4x4Gb DDR2 Pc6400.
Pls show me how to solve it.

Make current BIOS backup by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0
Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with supported CPU.
Tell sSpec of your E5462.

PS: cannot POST with Xeon E5462. It's working only with E8500 (i just updated lastest mod bios download from genuis239).

It's not BIOS problem. Have any other Xeon with FSB=1333 Mhz?
