Please don't directly do undervolt in bios ,particularly in Asus Intel 8th and 9th gen laptops ,it may cause the undervolt crash then your laptop will die. I''ll suggest you do undervolt via Throttlestop or XTU is better.

I actually have tried to use both Intel XTU and Throttlestop to undervolt my CPU, but it seems like ASUS (or Intel I'm not sure) has blocked the undervolt after the Bios update due to some security problem. The undervolt settings in XTU and Throttlestop are greyed out. I have also tried to downgrade Bios to old versions: Version 320 downgrades with no problem but still doesn't allow me to undervolt; version 318 will fail downgrading and return me back to the latest version which is 321.

Would there be any other nice way that I could give a shot? Thank you!

No worry ,I'll let you know how to activate ThrottleStop and XTU after you get the advanced menus unlocked.
