Please test these mods with two CPU:
- my next mod: 755A1P14_AIIx2_2xx_1062_v4.zip
- unlocked(?) BIOS: Acer Veriton M410 R02-B3 Overclocking 1234s282
- my experimental mod for many new CPU: 755A1P14_test3.zip

I saw that there was a C2 option in Power Management Setup.
By default, it is Disabled

I can help your with unlocking BIOS. But you must find already unlocked BIOS version R02-B3 for your system.
BTW: I said about C2-stepping for CPUs with CPUID=0x100F62, not about C2 power state.
