Hi, I'd like to overclock my Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700, 2666 MHz (10 x 267) to 2.8 or about 3GHz but my BIOS is obviously locked. I should just buy a new micro atx mobo. :/

Hello everybody i'm fairly new to the whole BIOS modding thing, but i would like to have the BIOS of my acer asspire M3641 unlocked so that i will be able to overclock my CPU. i have the latest BIOS file (from acer) attached but not installed. i figured that acer would not give me the option to overclock my CPU anyway and i don't find it worth the "risk" of updating without getting any better options.
the BIOS is made by american megatrends inc.
