Hi,
I`ve been looking on this forum for quite a while now in case my Lenovo Flex Edge 15 (80K9000YUS version) would find a bios that its completely unlocked.
Model: Lenovo Edge Flex 2
Version US: 80K9000YUS
i7 5500U Broadwell
https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/produ...s/PD100269

Original bios ( https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn61ww.exe )is an exe file i was able to extract a .Cap from it but i`d rather not brick my laptop by putting bits or taking where im not supposed to. If someone can please unlock the hidden pages for me i would greatly apreciate it.
Please upload the entire folder you get on your end when unpacked, I'll take a look. Not happy (unable to open properly) the contents I get on my end, I think due to not being correct machine (3.10MB .bin file)

Hi
Your bios is rewrite protected
Bios mod can be flashed using SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip only
I hope i got all files right
Here you go...gmail wont allow me to send such small files...
BIOS write protected space can be overcome sometimes, using EFI grub shell boot and editing variables, depending on BIOS and locks in place.

You're BIOS has bootguard, I assume that's what Dudu2002 maybe referred to? Surely "BIOS region" is not write protected?
Can you please run meinfowin -verbose so I can see if bootguard is active.

First, check with HWInfo64 what ME version you have, it's shown in the large device manager like window section
Then download the matching Intel System Tools package from here in section C2 (meaning ME = v7, then get package 7, ME v8 get 8 etc)
https://www.win-raid.com/t596f39-Intel-M...Tools.html

Once you find ME and get the above tools, from the Me Info folder, go inside and then select the win/windows/win32 folder and hold shift then press right click and choose open command window here. Then run >> Meinfowin.exe -verbose. And post the entire output image here.

However, after all that which I'll leave in case it helps someone else who can help you later. I am sorry, after looking into the BIOS itself, flashing mod BIOS aside there is nothing I can do with the BIOS. I mean no known to me tools to modify this BIOS, aside from updating CPU microcodes. I do not have anything that opens this BIOS to edit/view menus which is what I assume your main goal is.
