Black screen on Laptop booting windows

Hello everyone im having a huge issue
I Installed Bluestacks and within 2 days first my laptop graphics card stopped working While I was playing another game. and then my battery also not working. so I thought hey maybe I just have a bad windows. So I tried to install a new operating system (windows 10) and everytime I would download the drivers/install I would end up in a black screen( I try to restart it goes to a black screen (note this is a new fresh installed o/s. So before I tried to use the Recovery discs that came with the laptop and it would format and install and after it reboots trying to install the graphics driver it turns into black screen. my laptop does have dual graphics luckily but I believe Bluestacks software has messed with something with my battery/graphics or rewritten the drivers and is now conflicting with the original driver. If anyone knows whats going on with my laptop or knows anything please let me know thank you ( I do believe I have to change something in the registry but I don't know what) ( the graphics dual graphics are amd radeon or ati w.e 6760m over clocked to 7670m and the other is intel hd 3000) what I think is that somewhere something got deleted or overwritten on the registry
(Also tried installing Linux/Ubuntu goes straight to black screen, Was able to Run Linux Mint on compatibility mode but does not use or recgonize any propriety drivers) Please help fix
