Sorry for making an off topic, but maybe you guys can help.
I own a laptop with Vega 56.
Current power states:

I would like to increase the 1301 Mhz Core clock to at least 1401 Mhz, however Ntool (saving changes) is disabled and WattMan is hidden in the driver.
Any idea how can I increase it? Temperature is not an issue, the cooling is good, even after long period of 100% GPU usage it wont go above 70C with Autofan.
Is it possible to mod the vBIOS and flash it with an SPI programmer like with NVidia Pascal cards?
Or AMD completely made sure that no one use a modded vBIOS so even if it is flashed with SPI programmer the VGA will not start up ?
