What is your Intel ME Firmware version? Check with HWInfo64, in the large window, on left side expand motherboard you will see ME section

I don't know if HWInfo64 show what you need, but i found another way for Intel ME version, at the driver information for Intel ME.

Yes, HWInfo shows what I need, if you go to where I mentioned. Close the CPU-z like window of HWInfo64, and go the main large window like I said before, then expand motherboard section and you will find ME Firmware version.
Your image only shows Intel ME Driver version, do not need this.

From command prompt at the folder location that contains these files directly inside. Select folder that contains FPTw.exe, hold shift and press right click, choose open command window here (not power shell), then type in your command run the following command
FPTw.exe -bios -d biosregdump.bin
Then zip up the created file biosregdump.bin and upload to file host and drop me a link here.
