The link to AMI flash utilities is not work for me. I got them somewhere else. I tried to read the backup.rom into amibcp with error. If you have the same issue, please send me the version you use for afudos. Make sure we are on the same page.
Your backup is OK. You need AMIBCP 4.x to open it.
I tried to edit the rom. Seems not working. Please advise how it works.

rdmsr 0xCE

Deathbringer - If you need that MSR 194 unlocked in assembly that's an edit I actually know how to do
If you need of course, I assume you probably can do yourself, but it caught my eye so thought I'd say hello
MSR_FLEX_RATIO[20] is zero. So it isn't locked.
But MSR_PLATFORM_INFO[28] is zero too. It's the reason of your problems.

Try to flash
my mod by
AFUDOS with key
gan.
afudos TP67XE_1.ROM /gan
And make new TXT-report of
CPU-Z.
