Here the support page for the device :

You're welcome, and thank you for the link, checking BIOS tonight for you.

What is your Intel ME FW version, please check with HWInfo64, in the large window, left side in the motherboard section, expand that and you should see Intel ME section, then find ME FW Version and let me know.
https://www.hwinfo.com/download/

Also, if you have not already, please install the Intel ME (Intel Management Engine Driver) from the page you linked above. You may need to do that, and reboot, before checking ME FW version with HWinfo64

Thanks for reply ,,

Kindly find the attached file
Thanks, please download this package and run the 32 and 64 bit commands from each version folder, if any NVRAM.txt files created leave them in place and zip the entire package back up and upload so I can check. Leave the NVRAM.txt in place so we can know which version worked for your system, if any do. None may work, but best we check to see

It's official, this BIOS is terrible, nothing is labeled all numbers instead of module names Big Grin Sad
Hopefully I can figure it out for you!

This BIOS, stock and even your dump, seems to have two volumes like for different models as you mentioned, do you know if the other system with HFC/Fingerprint uses same BIOS exe?
