Did you first test update 250 GTS GOP/EFI vBIOS? If you don't know how, please dump vBIOS from that on another system using GPU-z, under AMD logo you will see little arrow, this will dump vBIOS, upload that file and I can update for you to test. I checked this BIOS, looks like only slot 7 can be x8, slot 4 only x4. There is two ATI option ROM's in this board, maybe it doesn't like Nvidia?
