Hello !
I can confirm that you can successfully upgraded an Intel i3 3110m to an i5-3210m (socket rPGA 988B) on the official Toshiba Bios 1.40 without any issue
Turbo-Boost Technology is working fine like everything else on that CPU (Temp, Hyperthreading, ...)
The i5 is slightly faster than the i3 on my laptop.
