Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi, using BIOS f3g with 1950x cpu I can boot my hackintosh amd "distro", but I need BIOS 11e to support my new 2990wx 32 core CPU, Can you mod the BIOS to make my High sierra installation boot again? Thanks in Advance
