i tried that yesterday, the entire board doesn't want to post with the bios from the ep2c612ws. no errorcodes nothing.

I'm trying with a hex editor and bios tools to get these microcodes into the other bios.
but the size is different so I have to alter the _FIT_ table and I'm still figuring out how to do that properly.
[censored] it. I got the codes in, trim the FIT table back to the right size. BIOS shows a different Microcode update. boots with the 2609V4 but still doesn't work with the ES CPU.
Microcode for your ES CPU has number #6. Look at CPUID=0x406F0. All BIOS has the same microcode for it: version 0x14, date - 02.07.2015.
