No, this laptop BIOS cannot do RAID, it does not even support AHCI
SSD will help speed things up, but it will be slower than it could be due to running in IDE Mode.

I bought Intel X9100, in this bios had hiden multiplier manual change? I want to use X9100 @ 3.2Ghz or 3.4Ghz.

Nope, no hidden settings like that, really bare BIOS and nothing is hidden. What is CPU speed showing up as in CPU-z now?
Look on CPU, did you get C0 (SLB48) or E0 (SLGE7), update CPU microdode might help if CPU multiplier is way off currently.
Or, if that doesn't help, you may have to use Throttlestop and maybe get 3.4-3.6
* Edit - here is mod BIOS with updated microcodes for your CPUID, covering all platforms (2008 original, now 2015)
