Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with unlocking AHCI mode in bios for Netbook Samsung N510 (manufacture date 2009)
I have the original bios file in exe extension but managed to extract wph file by hex calulator.
Is there anyone that could modify this bios (phoenix bios) to manage SSD Gigabyte 256gb (GP-GSTFS31256GTND)?
In zip there is a self updating bios file and in other attachment is an extracted wph file.
Can anyone modify or add string to be enable to use AHCI mode?
My bios is updated with this one below so after unlocking would I upgrade it with this modified bios?

Other question.
I have 4gb ram as there is only one slot. I see only 3gb ram in the OS but the memory is used for Nvidia ION 512mb.
Is there a way to attach on hard 512mb of ram to Nvidia and rest 3,5gb for OS?
I have only Atom N270 cpu in 32bit and it doesn't have 64bit support or 36bit PAE

Try my mod ,i injected new item "SATA AHCI Mode" onto Advanced tab.
This item contain two setting value "Legacy AHCI" and "Native AHCI" ,default value is Native AHCI ,you can try aonther one and test if the ahci is enable.

Should I rename your bios file 03MU.wph to bios.wph?

Changed filename to bios.wph.
Didn't get any change in advanced menu about SATA AHCI mode after update

No change exept missing line under "Large Disk Acces Mode" and two MAIN MENU.
How come it is still hidden? Can it be a controller issue in SSD gigabyte disk?

On this mod , i change title of advanced to main and swapping item "Hyperthreading" to "SATA AHCI Mode"
On your capture screen ,tilte change to main was correct  ,but SATA AHCI Mode still disappear ,i don;t know why and what reason??

Now only change the setting value of SATA AHCI Mode i can do ,as the item can't appear.

On this mod , i inserted "SATA AHCI Mode" to Main tab and set it to Legacy AHCI.
If it still hide ,that's ok.
Now you can use tool to test if ahci enable.
