Can someone please assist me in unlocking bios for this? Specifically I would like to be able to undervolt cpu and run my memory at specified speed and timings.

I tried myself using AMIBCP v5.02.0031, but the bios saved couldnt flash using AfuWin64 v5.12.00.1904.
Okay I read this in another post:

"Please check BIOS main page for ME FW version, if you do not see it download HWINFO64 and on the large window on the left expand motherboard, then go to ME and get ME Firmware version. Once you have that, go to this thread in section "C" and download the matching ME System Tools package (ie if ME FW is 9.xx get V9 package, if 10.xx get V10 etc)
https://www.win-raid.com/t596f39-Intel-M...Tools.html

Once you have that, inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that a Windows or Win/Win32 folder. Select that Win folder, hold shift and press right click, choose open command window here, and then type the following command and zip and upload the created file for me to edit for you

FPTw.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin"

And I did just that.
Here is my extracted bios from AfuWin64 v5.12.00.1904
To flash mod BIOS you must first unlock BIOS lock (unless you have flash programmer and SOIC8 test clip cable)

You can start at step #6, I've done 1-5 for you and here's the info you need
BIOS Lock variable to use >> 0x8E2
Rename the .efi file to >> Shell.efi

Once that is done, you can flash mod BIOS region via FPT using when it's ready >> FPTw.exe -bios -f modbiosreg.bin

I've tried to do similar BIOS model, but no luck yet "I think", or user wasn't flashing correctly, I'm unsure. This BIOS all locks/edits are similar to others I've done successfully, so I think I can get this one. However, so I can figure out the possible issue with the previous, and so we can succeed here, I would like to give you a large set of BIOS with all the mod steps done one by one to unlock a single hidden menu (Advanced, has all you wanted + more). This will involve several BIOS to be tested in set order, none should brick but many may not work (look same as default BIOS, nothing unlocked, no new menu). Are you OK with testing this way so we can find the proper way to unlock these 702Vx's?

Main reason to do this way is if I do it all at once, and step 2 out of 8 it what stops it from working, then we never know, unless we test doing mod step1, mod step2, etc. To unlock one menu here, each step should be tested two ways, the actual edit by itself and then that same edit + AMIBCP access level edit on top of, sometimes this is needed, other times it causes edit to fail, so until proper method is known both ways need to be tested at each possible edit move.

First batch will be x8 test BIOS - Hope you're OK with that! Big Grin Please check BIOS main page, and tell me at the bottom what it says your user access level is by default.

Thank you for looking into this. I am a fair bit nervous about it. I understand the way it will have to progress.

So, I have had booted the Shell.efi and set the bit to 0x00 I think.
Forgot to add, that it says "Access level Administrator" in bottom of main bios screen.
Thanks. Please now, boot to grub and just type this and show me, to check current status now (due to that error at bottom, sometimes it's OK, sometimes not) >> setup_var 0x8E2

If you are worried, and you should do this anyway, everyone should since it's so cheap, order CH341A + SOIC8 test clip cable on ebay or elsewhere. Let me know if you need links, these cost $2.50 + $3.50 and can save your board anytime from bad BIOS flash
Ok it looks good. Heres attached picture. And yes, I would like exact link to what I should be buying. Smile
Looks good! OK, I will send round one set of BIOS soon.

Here is examples of what I meant, you can find similar from other seller that ship faster for more $$, or you can find in other stores outside of ebay too that may be closer to you or ship faster (stores like Newegg or Amazon etc)
