Make and post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z.
And make a screenshot of regedit with expanded key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\CentralProcessor\0
This one needs modified anyway, even if current microcode supports CPU, due to usually Rev 13 is there and it has the locked uncore bug.

This will work with 2015-2018 ucodes DeathBringer, have ran exact setup myself.
DokuzHarf
Current BIOS has suitable microcode for this CPU: version 0x14, date 03/11/2011
But Windows load newer version 0x1E, date 01/23/2018
So I think no mod is needed.
Now 4.2 1.35000v 4.4 ? 4.6 ?

I need write me the correct minimum voltage values Please.
