Today I open HWiNFO64

As you see Turbo Boost is red. CPU (Xeon 2650v3 QEYN ES) has 2500 Mhz TurboB. support.
I didn't find Turbo Boost in Bios Options...
So, as I think, problem in motherboard (ASUS Z10PA-D8)
As you can read, this motherboar has 2 sockets (two CPUs)
Can you help me?
I need to know where is problem (motherboard or CPU)
How can I add TurboBoost support?
