0xAA is the questionId used to store access level. A value of 1 means User. Enabling Administrator level shows the menu

Managed to make a mess with the flash chip MX25L12835EMI
Rendered it to to state that BIOS Recovery does not work.
UEFI bios was printing Class and Subclass errors for x86 illegal opcode
But external programmer is a good thing
Now i have NO SmartCard lock in bios and SecureErase and may be Windows activation,
but who cares.
