Can I flash BIOS without battery attached? Battery already dead so machine only powered from AC plug. The instructions said it must've battery attached and above 30% capacity.

Hi I too have an aspire 4315 and am interested in upgrading the cpu from celeron 540 m to t7500.
I have the latest bios version from acer(1.15)
Will there be any compatibility issue?
Post a screenshot of third (Mainboard) tab of CPU-Z.
