Hello, dear users. I am writing a translator via Google, so I apologize if something is not right. In general, I got a Fusitsu D2841-A1 motherboard, G41 chipset, fully functional, all dual-core processors work fine. After installing the Xeon E5430, the board starts, but it displays a message that this microcode does not support this processor. The following is an attempt to boot Windows and reboot. Tell me, is there a BIOS mod for this motherboard? I did not find it on the web. I’m attaching a screenshot from CPUZ. Thanks.

Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus), download and unzip all files for the modded version of CHECKUP7 to this DOS USB-stick.
Install your Xeon, boot from this DOS USB-stick and make a photo of the screen with results.
Oddly enough, they answered me from Fujitsu technical support and recommended downloading their utility for updating the software. The utility downloaded and installed a new BIOS, now I will try to start on it. I will unsubscribe by the result, thanks.
As expected, a miracle did not happen. I did a Dos usb stick, I started it, I attach the photo.

OK.
Try this tool - MICROCODE UPDATE VER.2.00 REL 1.24
Download and run it. Check up "File Extraction", use button "Browse" to navigate to your bootable DOS-Flash, press "OK". Overwrite files.
Install your Xeon, boot from this DOS USB-stick and make a photo of the screen with results.
omg, it really worked, the OS starts !!! Thank you so much, dear man!
Nice news!
