Laptop SKU: 8MZ12UA#ABA
Serial Number: 5CD9495VZD

BIOS and Motherboard Properties:
BIOS Vendor: Insyde

Bios SLIC: No SLIC table found in RW-everything report (help?)
However from XSDT (length: 284 bytes):

OEM Table ID "SLIC-MPC"

53 4C 49 43 2D 4D 50 43 02 00 00 00 48 50 20 20 SLIC-MPC....HP
From this, I am assuming the BIOS SLIC is 2.0 if anything.

SMBIOS Version  3.2

Secure Boot  Disabled
System BIOS Date  01/01/2020
Video BIOS Date  Unknown

BIOS Start Segment: E000

The bios is most likely not RSA signed since the large BIN file was not named something like 01xxxx.bin 03xxxx.bin. It was named 086AA.bin
I am not sure, however, if that is the right bin file to be analyzed. I could not find Andy's Phoenix Tools online, files with similar names did not have a log feature.

I've attached the screenshot of the bios menus, the bios BIN, and HTML files with HWiNFO64 reports for more possibly relevant information.
BIOS image: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-...101369.exe
(sp101369.exe has s12 file)
Or get current s12 here.

What I need:
Advanced and Power tab fully unlocked, for I want to configure the CPU package TDP. I have researched TDP level control extensively which has led to me taking the last resort--- a fully unlocked bios mod. There were no archived unlocks available for this specific model or bios (sp101369.exe [unrar for 086AAF05.exe] -- latest as of 4/18/2020).

If you need more info, screenshots, or pictures, please, let me know.
