My optiplex came with a i5-8500.  I do not have a hardware programmer to recovery.

I need results of fptw64 from Intel ME System Tools v12 (a screenshot and a file desc.bin):
fptw64 -desc -d desc.bin

I have been getting errors using fptw64.  I'm still trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Ok I figured out what I was doing wrong.  I had to run fptw64 program from within the win64 folder.  I copied it to another folder but I guess it needed the .dll files to operate correctly.

I attached a screenshot and the desc.bin file.  Thank you.
Here is the screenshot.
OK. Now do:
fptw64 -a 0x1D20000 -l 0xF0000 -d ucode.bin
I need ucode.bin

Ok here it is.
Test flashing it back:
fptw64 -a 0x1D20000 -l 0xF0000 -f ucode.bin
Make a screenshot of results.
