Tell you the actual suitations ,processor can't overclock on this platform(intel is not an fool) and ,xmp feature were confirm valid from user's feedback ,and it's seems possible to crease memory freq.
(On similar spec of asus gl704gw or gl704gv ,user reply me he can adjust ddr4 2666 to 2800 ,another user use memory that support xmp ,even can be to ddr4 3000 or ddr4 3200 )

Actually i want to overclock the Ram and undervolt the cpu so it would run cooler and won't throttle.

I think undervolt will not reduce much temperature , and do it with intel xtu or other utility are more safe.
About throttle ,you can try to limit PROCHOT .(This is only one of intel's defense mechanism for processor )
