need an update of the cpu microcode for n2600 for supporting emt64 because for an upgrade to linux x86-64 kernel.
it is possible for someone?

yes, can boot dos for flashing. already updated to latest firmware.
Current BIOS already has suitable microcode for Atom N2600.
And BIOS can boot in EFI-mode only x86 operating systems. It looks for \EFI\BOOT\BootIA32.efi on drives.
But you can use DOS bootloaders (GRUB or Clover) to boot x64 operating systems.

i'll try your suggestion with bootloader.
