It differs a little from the previous one (multiplier line and voltage ID)
Test with my mod.
It worked !! CPU multiplier is no more stuck at the minimum !
How did you fix that ? I really want to understand, since I've been trying to fix that for several weeks now

Nice news! I've disassembled code, analysed and made a patch to activate SpeedStep on 45-nm CPUs.
Please make new TXT-report of CPU-Z.

The CPU freq is slightly different from Windows task manager but I guess it's normal.
Final check - make a screenshot of ThrottleStop (main window) with running TS Bench.
It seems to work just fine, the performance boost is huge!
